Playlist Workout!

It’s a Playlist workout day!!! Do you get tired of doing the same workout? Do you get stuck, not knowing what to do for your workout? Are you sort on time? Are you at home with the kids?

Grab your FAV, motivating, fun playlist and lets bang out a quick, fun, effective workout:

All you really need is 4 of your favourite pump-up songs they should be between 3:30 and 4:30 minutes long. If you’ve got weight, feel free to add them in but this workout can be done without!

Song 1:

10 Jumping Jacks 

10 Lunges (10/side) 

10 Mountain climbers (10/side) .. modify with a chair if needed

10 second rest (if needed)

Repeat this sequence for the 1st song

Song 2: 

10 Push-ups 

10 Squats 

10 Straight Arm Pullback OR Bent-Over Rows (10/side) 

10 second rest (if needed)

Repeat until the end of song 2

Song 3: 

10 Burpees OR walkout into a plank & back up (5)

10 High Knees (10/side) 

10 Walking Lunges (5/side) 

10 second rest (if needed)

Repeat until the end of song 3

Song 4: 

10 Bridges (hold 3 sec at top) 

10 sec Plank (10 left / 10 right) 

10 punches across the body

10 second rest (if needed)

Repeat until the end of song 4
