Squats & Lunges for EVERYONE!!!

Squats and Lunges are in EVERY Program I design for clients and myself.  WHY?  These 2 exercises mimic the movements we perform EVERYDAY - sit, stand, climb stairs, walk, run, bend down to pick things up, get on the floor & get back up...So doesn't it make sense that we should be strengthening our muscles in the movements we need them for everyday?

EVERYONE can squat & lunge.  There are so many variations and modifications you can do.  One of the things people start to struggle with as they age is getting in and out of the car as well as getting on and off the floor!
