Iโve been getting a lot of requests lately to write, talk, teach more about hormones and weight management! I would say these 2 are my top requests lately. So, letโs get that conversation started!โฃ
Let me start by saying that these are massive topics, thereโs no quick, easy answer or explanation many times. BUT the studies and research thatโs been coming out is linking hormones, stress, toxins, and weight management together, and Iโd have to agree. Look at your list, pick 1 thing that brings you joy that you can โscheduleโ in every day! Look at your list, what is 1 โstressorโ that you can get rid of, get help with, hire someone, let go of, etc.โฃ
