Iโ€™ve been getting a lot of requests lately to write, talk, teach more about hormones and weight management! I would say these 2 are my top requests lately. So, letโ€™s get that conversation started!โฃ
Let me start by saying that these are massive topics, thereโ€™s no quick, easy answer or explanation many times. Itโ€™s so important to be aware of many factors that influence or body and our minds. We canโ€™t start to change, shift, โ€œbetterโ€ things in our lives until weโ€™ve got the whole picture! Drop 2 of yours in the comment below!โฃ
Look at your list, pick 1 thing that brings you joy that you can โ€œscheduleโ€ in every day! Look at your list, what is 1 โ€œstressorโ€ that you can get rid of, get help with, hire someone, let go of, etc.โฃ
