Kids are our Future!!!

There is Power in Preventative Care, in Healthy Habits.
What are you doing today to support your kids today and building into their future tomorrow?

I’ll share with you briefly about some of the things we do in our home and just know that this didn’t happen overnight!

🍉Food - fruit & veg are always available & visible at home. I also make sure they get some with EVERY meal & snacks

💧Water - drink all day

🤸🏻‍♂️Exercise - I aim to make sure they get at least an hour a day, preferably outside as much as possible

🌙Sleep - so important... this is when they’re growth hormones are release!!!! So depending on which child... it’s 8-12 hours & we have a routine that supports the best, most restful sleep as possible!

💕Emotional Health - we talk! we love, we support. Sometimes it’s more me trying to pull the info out & give them the words or tools they need to express their feelings... but this piece is huge!!!

There it is... that’s as brief as I can get!
