Snack Time

Snacks… we all love them but this is usually where we fall into a trap! Our snack choices can throw off our entire day of healthy choices. Snacks can be filled with sugar, filled with calories, filled with processed junk.

Over the years my family has tried & tested out several recipes I find on social media and then I tweak them to make them healthier or taste better (or both). I’ve got a few delicious, simple, and healthy ones to share with you that are favourites in our house!
