Excuses - We ALL Have Them!

I did it!  I had all the excuses in the world today to NOT get my sweat on!

1st day of summer break

No time

It’s raining

Stomach feels off

Too much to do

I’ll have to shower again & do my hair

I just don’t feel like it

My house is a disaster

Breakfast dishes in the sink still….

Do you have a list of “reasons”/ excuses why you can’t fit your workout in today?  Instead of validating those excuses and justifying yourself.. Acknowledge them for a split second, then put 1 foot in front of the other and GO!  Remember how good it feels after, remember how clear your mind is, how satisfying it is to know you moved your body, focus on the GOOD VIBES you feel during and after and just DO IT!

YES, I totally got stuck in the rain, my stomach felt off the whole run, I was tired, and have a growing list of TO DO’s but 30 minutes in the grand scheme of things will take care of your mind and body! 

I am more mentally clear with lots of ideas flowing and my body is energized and ready for the day!  Don't think, just move!
